New OPRA Form and Procedures

As of Tuesday, September 3, 2024, anyone wishing to submit an OPRA Request MUST do so by completing the newly revised form created and adopted by the DCA.

New Form

Written equivalents are still permitted however, the requester MUST include all components required by NJSA 47:1A-5(f), (g).

Any requests submitted on the old OPRA form, or written equivalents NOT containing the above information will be deemed INVALID. The requester will be advised to resubmit accordingly.
